Section R7-2-1005. Change orders and contract modifications

Any change order or contract modification that exceeds $100,000 or five percent, whichever is greater, may be executed only if the

governing board determines in writing that the change order or con- tract modification is advantageous to the school district and the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
