Section R6-6-2208. Change of Hearing Officer

Not less than five days before the date set for the hearing, any party may file a written request for change of hearing officer and the mat- ter shall immediately be transferred to another hearing officer. A hearing officer may be challenged for cause at any time before a decision becomes final. Except for good cause, not more than one change of hearing officer shall be granted to any one party.
