Section R6-6-1530. Additional Qualifications for Physical Therapy Services

In addition to the general requirements in R6-6-1520, each individ- ual who provides Physical Therapy services shall be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of Arizona, Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
