This Article applies to an individual or agency that provides or wishes to provide Home and Community-based Services to clients.

Historical Note

Adopted effective May 12, 1982 (Supp. 82-3). Section R6-6-1501 repealed effective June 7, 1993, under an exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 (Supp. 93-2).
