Section R6-6-1116. Home Inspections and Monitoring

A.      The licensee shall cooperate with the Division in assessing compliance with this Article.

B.       The licensee shall allow the Division access to the setting for home inspections and monitoring visits and shall allow the Division access to records, reports, and vehicles used to trans- port clients.

C.      Monitoring visits shall include, at a minimum:

1.        An annual license renewal home visit; and

2.        Two monitoring visits each year, at least one of which will be unannounced.

D.      The licensee shall comply with corrective action plans as required by the Division.
