A. At least once a year the BEP shall offer special training pro- grams to BEP operators which shall be developed with the active participation of APOC and shall include education in new program developments or business and merchandising techniques and additional training to improve work perfor- mance.

B. BEP shall offer training to operators for promotion opportuni- ties pursuant to R6-4-305(A).
