Section R6-13-132. Supplemental Payments

A. The Department shall correct underpayments of TC assistance by issuing the assistance unit a supplemental payment regard- less of whether the underpaid individual is eligible on the date the supplemental payment is issued.

B. The Department shall not count such supplemental payments as a resource or as income.
