An applicant shall submit a separate application for each classifica- tion of license. The following application fees, biennial license fees, biennial license renewal fees and fees for other services shall be applicable in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. §§ 32- 1123.01, 32-1126 and 32-1132. The fee for an annual license granted pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1123.01, as an exception to the biennial license renewal requirement, shall be one-half of the fee for the biennial license renewal.
