To obtain Board approval of an acupuncture or clinical training pro- gram under R4-8-404, the provider of the program shall submit or have the custodian of program records submit to the Board docu- ments and other evidence that demonstrates that the program meets the standards in R4-8-404. These documents and other evidence may include catalogues, course descriptions, curricula plans, and study bulletins.
