  • A.      A holder of an auricular acupuncture certificate shall provide auricular acupuncture services only in an alcoholism, sub- stance abuse, or chemical dependency program approved by the Board or the state or federal government.

    B.       A holder of an auricular acupuncture certificate shall provide auricular acupuncture services only under the supervision of an individual licensed under A.R.S. § 32-3924 and R4-8-203.

    C.      The Board approves an alcoholism, substance abuse, or chem- ical dependency program that provides services and is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a behavioral health agency under A.R.S. Title 36, Chapter 4.
