  • The Board shall communicate with a licensee, certificate holder, or a person holding an approval from the Board using the contact information provided to the Board. To ensure timely communica- tion from the Board, a licensee, certificate holder, or person holding an approval from the Board shall notify the Board, in writing, within 30 days of any change of mailing address (giving both the old and the new address), e-mail address, or residential, business, or mobile telephone number.
