Section R4-7-1407. Licensed Doctors of Chiropractic and Business Entities, Unprofessional Conduct

A. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to exempt a licensed doctor of chiropractic from complying with this Chapter.
B. The following are grounds for disciplinary action under A.R.S.
§ 32-924(A) and R4-7-902 for a licensed doctor of chiroprac- tic who:
1. Performs any service according to R4-7-1401(A) for a business entity in the State of Arizona that is not regis- tered per this Chapter, and/or;
2. Enters into an agreement of any nature with a business entity to engage in any activity that violates A.R.S. § 32- 924(A), R4-7-901 or R4-7-902 or any provision of this Chapter, and/or;
3. Fails to report in writing to the Board any knowledge of a business entity that fails to register with this Board under this Chapter or a business entity that violates any provi- sions of this Chapter.
