The Superintendent approves without application the following:

1.        A course approved through the AQB’s voluntary Course Approval Program;

2.        The 15-Hour National USPAP Course or its AQB- approved equivalent if the course is taught by at least one AQB-certified USPAP instructor who is also a state certi- fied appraiser in good standing; and

3.        The 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course or its AQB- approved equivalent if the course is taught by at least one AQB-certified USPAP instructor who is also a state certi- fied appraiser in good standing.
