  • A.      Under A.R.S. § 32-3665, an initial registration for an AMC expires one year after the date of issuance. A renewal registra- tion for an AMC expires two years after the date of issuance.

    B.       To renew registration for an AMC, the controlling person of the registered AMC shall, at least 60 days before expiration, submit:

    1.        A renewal registration application form, which is avail- able from the Department and on its web site;

    2.        The certifications required under A.R.S. § 32-3662(B);

    3.        Proof of the surety bond required under A.R.S. § 32-3667 and R4-46-402; and

    4.        The renewal fee specified in R4-46-106.

    C.      If the controlling person of a registered AMC fails to comply with subsection (B) and the registration expires, the con- trolling person shall ensure that the AMC immediately ceases providing all appraisal management services.
