If the Board determines that an applicant for registration, licensure, or certification meets the qualification criteria prescribed in R4-46- 202, the Board shall issue a registration, license, or certificate that entitles the applicant to practice within the appropriate scope speci- fied in A.R.S. § 32-3612 for the term specified in A.R.S. § 32-3616.
