  • A.      The Superintendent may appoint advisory committees the Superintendent deems appropriate. The committees shall make advisory recommendations to the Superintendent. The Super- intendent, in its discretion, may accept, reject, or modify the advisory recommendations.

    B.       Under the authority provided by A.R.S. § 32-3605(B), the Superintendent may designate, train, and supervise volunteer licensees to conduct compliance audits of approved courses under R4-46-508.
