In addition to the requirements of A.R.S. § 32-2951, a dispensing homeopathic physician shall dispense a controlled substance or pre- scription-only pharmaceutical drug in a light-resistant container with a consumer safety cap, unless the patient or patient’s represen- tative and the physician agree otherwise.
