The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and, if directed by the Board, perform the same duties

for the committees of the Board of Directors; shall give or cause to be given all notices as required by law or these rules and regula- tions; shall be custodian of the records and the seal, if any, of the Authority; shall, when necessary or appropriate, attest to the signa- ture of the Chairman or Vice-chairman; and shall, in general, per- form all customary duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as may be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time.
