Section R4-34-202. Manufacturers

The Department shall place a manufacturer’s license application into one of the following license classes, based on the listed activi- ties that limit the scope of each class:

1.        M-9A Manufacturer of Factory-Built Buildings and FBB Subassemblies:

a.        Manufactures factory-built buildings and FBB sub- assemblies, or

b.        Reconstructs factory-built buildings and FBB subas- semblies.

2.        M-9C Manufacturer of Manufactured Homes:

a.        Manufactures manufactured homes.

b.        Reconstructs manufactured homes.

3.        M-9E Master Manufacturer: Performs work within the scope of classes M-9A and M-9C.
