Historical Note

Adopted as an emergency effective May 20, 1985, pursu- ant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 85- 3). Permanent rule adopted effective August 13, 1985 (Supp. 85-4). Section R4-34-107 renumbered from R4- 34-106 and amended effective July 3, 1991 (Supp. 91-3).
