Section R4-29-402. Qualifying a Business or School District

A.      A business licensee or school district shall employ a QP in each category of pest management in which the business licensee or school district provides pest management services. A business licensee or school district may employ multiple QPs.

B.       A QP may not qualify more than one business licensee or school district at a time.

C.      Notwithstanding subsection (B), the director may allow a QP to qualify more than one school district if the director believes that the number of applicators, pest management needs, and

distance of the school districts will not hinder the QP’s ability to comply with R4-29-403.

D.      A QP may only qualify a business licensee or school district in the categories of pest management in which the QP is regis- tered.
