Former Section R4-28-19 repealed, new Section R4-28- 19 adopted effective May 1, 1980 (Supp. 80-3). Amended

effective August 28, 1986 (Supp. 86-4). Former Section R4-28-19 renumbered without change as Section R4-28- 801 (Supp. 87-1). Amended subsection (A) effective November 27, 1987 (Supp. 87-4). Correction to subsec- tion (D), from “...management shall...” to “...management agreement shall...” as certified effective August 28, 1986.
