A fee shall be charged for a development site inspection pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 32-2182, 32-2194.02, 32-2195.02, 32-2197.05, and 32-

2198.04, before or after issuance of a public report. Multiple inspections and fees may be required based on development cir- cumstances.
