A. The Board incorporates by reference standards 1.01 through
10.10 of the “Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct” adopted by the American Psychological Associa- tion, effective June 1, 2003. The incorporated materials do not include any later amendments or editions. A copy of the stan- dards is available from the American Psychological Associa- tion Order Department, 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242, www.apa.org/ethics/code, or the Board office.
B. A licensee shall practice psychology in accordance with the standards incorporated under subsection (A).
