Section R4-24-212. Regulation of a Business Entity

A.      A business entity may submit a complaint under A.R.S. § 32- 2030 or 32-2045(D) by complying with R4-24-305.

B.       The Board shall investigate and act on a complaint, whether submitted by or against a business entity, in a manner consis- tent with R4-24-305, R4-24-306, R4-24-307, R4-24-308, and R4-24-309.

C.      As provided under A.R.S. § 32-2047, a business entity that violates a requirement of A.R.S. § 32-2030 is subject to disci- plinary action by the Board.
