Section R4-21-211. Audit of Compliance with Continuing Education Requirement

At the time of license renewal, the Board shall provide notice of an audit of continuing education records to a random sample of licens- ees. A licensee subject to a continuing education audit shall submit documentation that demonstrates compliance with the continuing education requirement at the same time the licensee submits the license renewal application form required under R4-21-205.
