Section R4-2-105. Computation of Time

In computing any period of time prescribed by this Chapter, by order of the Board, or by any applicable statute, the day of the act or event from which the designated period of time begins to run is not included. If the prescribed period of time is less than 11 days, inter- mediate Saturdays, Sundays, and Arizona legal holidays are not included in the computation. The last day of the period is included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or Arizona legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Arizona legal holiday.
