Section R4-18-111. Notice of Civil and Criminal Actions

A. A person licensed or certified by the Board shall, within 10 days of receipt, notify the Board of any notice, subpoena, sum- mons, or receipt of complaint, whether civil or criminal, aris- ing directly or indirectly out of the person’s conduct of the person’s professional activities.
B. To provide notice to the Board a person licensed or certified by the Board shall provide either a photocopy or facsimile copy of the notice or other service or a letter advising the Board of the nature of the cause of action allegations made, and the date, time, and place where appearance is required.
