  • A.      As required under A.R.S. § 32-3208, an applicant, licensee, permit holder, or registrant who is charged with a misde- meanor involving conduct that may affect patient safety or a felony shall provide written notice of the charge to the Board within 10 working days after the charge is filed.

    B.       An applicant, licensee, permit holder, or registrant may obtain a list of reportable misdemeanors on request from the Board and on the Board’s web site.

    C.      Failure to comply with A.R.S. § 32-3208 and this Section is unprofessional conduct.
