Section R4-12-548. Possession of trust account passbook

With respect to individual trust accounts, the funeral establishment shall offer a prearranged funeral purchaser the option of either obtaining a copy of the financial institution passbook, certificate of deposit, or other similar documentation of the prearranged funeral trust account for his personal possession, or authorizing the funeral establishment to maintain such documentation on behalf of the pur- chaser. This Section does not apply to common trust accounts.
