Section R4-12-415. Continuing Education Determinations

A. To obtain a Board determination that continuing education sat- isfies the requirements of A.R.S. § 32-1338 and R4-12-413, a licensee or registrant shall submit a written request to the Board before submission of a renewal application.
B. A request under subsection (A) shall contain:
1. A brief summary of the continuing education;
2. The date and place where the continuing education was provided;
3. The number of credit hours of the continuing education;
4. The name of the individual providing the continuing edu- cation, if available; and
5. The name of the organization providing the continuing education, if applicable.
C. In making the continuing education determination, the Board shall consider whether the continuing education:
1. Is designed to provide current developments, skills, and procedures related to funeral practices;
2. Is developed and provided by an individual with knowl- edge and experience in the subject area; and
3. Contributes directly to the professional competence of the licensee or registrant.
