Licensed schools that provide instruction for licensed individuals pursuant to this Article shall:

1.        Keep a record of the date, time, title, and name of the pro- vider of the course along with the attendee’s name and license number;

2.        Ensure that the instruction consists of professional devel- opment related to scope of practice as specified by A.R.S.

§ 32-501; and

3.        Ensure that hours are not granted toward licensing unless it is part of the approved course and provided by or in the presence of a licensed instructor.
