The Board and Board committees shall conduct meetings in accor- dance with the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order if the rules are compatible with the laws of the state of Arizona or the Board’s own resolutions regarding meetings.

1. Regular and special meetings of the Board for the pur- pose of conducting business shall be called by the Presi- dent or a majority of the board members.

2. Regular and special meetings of the committees shall be called by the chairperson or a majority of the committee members.
