The Department shall retain the AGRPC’s records as prescribed in

A.R.S. § 3-586. A record may be reviewed at the Department’s main office, Monday through Friday, except an Arizona legal holi- day, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A copy of a record will be provided according to the provisions of A.R.S. § 39-121 et seq.
