Section R3-4-816. Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements for Citrus Fruit Shippers

A. Every shipper shall keep a correct record of each shipment of each assessed citrus commodity shipped, showing:
1. The name and address of the producer;
2. The shipment totals, by producer.
B. The shipper shall retain the original or a copy of records cover- ing each shipment or transaction with respect to each assessed citrus commodity shipped for a period of two years from the date thereof, which shall at all times be open to the confiden- tial inspection of the supervisor or the authorized representa- tive. The burden of proof shall be upon the shipper to prove the correctness of the shipper’s accounting of any transaction which may be questioned.
