In addition to terms and definitions in the Official Publication, which is incorporated by reference, on file with the Secretary of State, and does not include any later amendments, and the defini- tions in A.R.S. § 3-262, the following term applies to this Article:

“Official Publication” means the Official Publication of the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials, amended 1999. Copies may be purchased from NC Dept. of Agriculture, 4000 Reedy Creek Road, Raleigh, NC 27607- 6468.
