Section R3-3-405. Disposal Records; Agricultural Pesticide Concen- trate

An applicator shall maintain the following information for two years:

1.        EPA registration number, product name, active ingredi- ent, and amount of agricultural pesticide concentrate dis- posed of;

2.        Date of disposal;

3.        Method of disposal; and

4.        Specific location of the disposal site, or name of licensed disposal contractor.
