Section R3-3-309. Returnable, Reusable, Recyclable, and Recondi- tionable Pesticide Containers

A. A pesticide container, as defined in R3-3-101, labeled as a returnable, reusable container, or for which the label contains provisions for recycling or reconditioning, may be shipped according to label directions to a dealer, distributor, formula- tor, or a reconditioning or recycling facility that is operated in accordance with applicable laws.

B. If a pesticide container is being held for shipment under sub- section (A), the person holding the container shall, immedi- ately after use, place it in a secure environment, inaccessible for any use other than shipment according to label directions.
