Section R3-3-307. Aircraft and Agricultural Aircraft Pilots

A. A person shall not operate an aircraft to apply pesticides in this state unless the aircraft has a valid Federal Aviation Adminis- tration airworthiness certificate and a valid tag issued under R3-3-206.
B. A custom applicator shall not permit an individual who does not hold a valid agricultural aircraft pilot license and a valid commercial applicator certification to apply pesticides by air- craft.
