Section R3-3-210. Additional Grounds for Revocation, Suspension, or Denial of a License, Permit, or Certification

A. The Director has the authority to deny, or after an administra- tive hearing, suspend or revoke a license, permit, or certifica- tion of any person who:
1. Fails to demonstrate sufficient reliability, expertise, integ- rity, and competence in engaging in pesticide use;
2. Submits an inaccurate application for a license, permit, or certification; or
3. Has had a similar license, permit, or certification revoked, suspended, or denied in this or any other juris- diction during the three years before the date of applica- tion.
B. Upon notice of a denial, the applicant may request, in writing, that the Director provide an administrative hearing under
A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10 to appeal the denial of the license, permit, or certification.
