Procedures for pseudorabies control and eradication in swine shall be as prescribed in the USDA publication, Pseudorabies Eradica- tion, State-Federal-Industry Program Standards, effective January 1, 1999. This material is incorporated by reference, does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated mat- ter, and is on file with the Department and the Office of the Secre- tary of State.
