Livestock bitten by a known or suspected rabid animal shall be han- dled using the methods prescribed in the National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians’ Compendium of Animals Rabies Control, 1999, Part III, Section 5. This material is incorporated by reference, does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated matter, and is on file with the Department and the Office of the Secretary of State.
