  • A.       A concessionaire shall display all prizes while the game is open to the public.

    B.       A concessionaire shall not:

    1.        Award prizes that are not displayed;

    2.        Award cash prizes;

    3.        Buy back for cash or any combination of prizes, articles, tickets, numbers, or other medium of exchange, any prize won by a player at the Fair; or

    4.        Offer the following merchandise prizes:

    a.        Weapons of any kind, such as firearms, knives, whips, martial art items, bike chains, studded jew- elry and accessories, water pistols or guns, or pea or bean shooters;

    b.        Fireworks of any kind;

    c.        Handcuffs or fingercuffs;

    d.        Melted glass bottles;

    e.        Items that are inconsistent with the state’s interest in providing entertainment for families and children;

    f.         Eyeglasses, other than sunglasses;

    g.        Medicine or drugs of any kind; or

    h.        Fowl or animals, except goldfish.

    C.       An Arizona State Fair Games Inspector may prohibit other prizes, based on prize or merchandise:

    1.        Safety;

    2.        Legality; or

    3.        Value.
