A.       A concessionaire shall:

1.        Operate a concession in a safe manner; and

2.        Use equipment that is in good, safe operating condition.

B.       A concessionaire shall use material in the construction of the concession that is in good, safe condition for the concession’s intended use.

C.       If an Arizona State Fair Games Inspector believes there is a hazard in concession operation, equipment, or construction, or any component of the equipment or construction materials, the Inspector shall close the concession until satisfied that the con- cessionaire has corrected the hazardous condition.
