Section R3-11-605. Certified Veterinary Technician Services

A.      Except as provided in subsection (B), a certified veterinary technician may perform the tasks delegated by a licensed vet- erinarian while under the direction, supervision, and control of the licensed veterinarian.

B.       A certified veterinary technician shall not:

1.        Perform surgery,

2.        Diagnose,

3.        Prescribe a medication, or

4.        Provide a prognosis.
