Section R3-11-405. Waiver

  • A.      A licensee or certificate holder seeking a waiver from the con- tinuing education requirements in this Article shall submit a written request to the Board by December 10th before the license or certificate expires that contains the licensee’s or cer- tificate holder’s name and an explanation of the reason for the request.

    B.       The Board shall consider the following in determining whether to grant a waiver from the continuing education requirements in this Article:

    1.        Illness or disability,

    2.        Military service or absence from the United States, or

    3.        Any other circumstance demonstrated by the licensee or certificate holder to be beyond the licensee’s or certificate holder’s control.
