Section R3-11-109. Arizona Ombudsman-Citizens’ Aide

The Board shall notify the public about the existence of the Arizona Ombudsman-Citizens’ Aide by providing the ombudsman-citizens’ aide’s name, address, and telephone number on the Board’s web site.

Title 41, Chapter 6 which means that the Department did not submit notice of this rulemaking to the Secre- tary of State’s Office for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Department did not submit these rules to the Gover- nor’s Regulatory Review Council for review; the Department was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attor- ney General has not certified these rules. These rules were subse- quently repealed and new Section adopted under the regular rulemaking process.
