Section R3-11-107. Residence and Veterinary Practice Addresses

A. Within 20 days after the issuance of a license or certificate, a licensee or certificate holder shall provide written notice to the Board of all residence and veterinary practice addresses.
B. A licensee or certificate holder shall provide written notice to the Board within 20 days after a change of residence or veteri- nary practice address.
