Section R3-11-103. Evaluating Board Services

Under A.R.S. § 32-2207(8)(c), a member of the public may evalu- ate the services provided by the Board by:

1.        Submitting an evaluation form provided by the Board at the time services are provided.

2.        Submitting comments through the Board’s web site,

3.        Submitting a letter to the Board, and

4.        Attending and speaking at a Board meeting.
