Section R20-5-815. Payment of Witness Fees and Mileage

Witnesses summoned before the hearing officer shall be paid the same fees and mileage that are paid witnesses in the courts of Ari- zona. Witness fees and mileage shall be paid by the party at whose instance the witness appears.
